Duplicated Disconnect Orders-
- Reported Issue: Disconnect Orders are being duplicated for the same number on some orders.
- Solution: Resolved duplicated numbers on Disconnect Orders.
Large Order Activations-
- Reported Issue: When an order has an Activation request that has not yet been processed by the SB, and then a subsequent request is performed, then NPAC could respond with an error indicating that there are a no pending SVs waiting for activation , this could happen if NPAC has already activated the SV.
- Solution: If the SV has already been activated, and the order has not yet been updated to "Active", then the process should update accordingly.
- Reported Issue: Unable to search spare Toll-Free Numbers in Explore.
- Solution: Query will return a result or return on a descriptive error and not a HTTP 500 Error.
PreOrders (Orders that are in CSR Pending/CSR Requested)-
- Reported Issue: Orders that are in CSR status are being placed in a failed status when updating the Order to Pending.
- Solution: Order will update to the correct status.
