Description: This document will show you how to report numbers that are not fraudulent but are coming up as fraudulent. The numbers that are not displaying the correct score will need to be reported to BOTH TrueCnam and the Free Caller Registry.
***Please Note: The correction could take some time to go through the systems to remove the fraudulent flag.
Porting.com also offers this as a service and will report the numbers on behalf of our clients. We can report up to 20 numbers for a $5.00 Fee, to take advantage of this service, please reach out to lnp@atlc.com and include the required information below for TrueCnam and Free Caller Registry.
TrueCnam
Spam Score: This is the score that is appearing when a customer is dipping the CNAM database. Currently, the scores are designed as below for the CNAM product:

- 0 - 39 = Low risk
- 40 - 79 = Medium risk
- 80 - 100 = High risk
Report any non-fraudulent numbers by opening a ticket here: https://www.truecnam.com/contact_us and include the information below in the body of the ticket:

- The number(s) they are reporting.
- The name of the person / company using that number(s).
- Any background on their business / use.
- Input subject: "Please review <xxx-xxx-xxxx>(input telephone number) for mislabeled fraud."
Free Caller Registry
Score: This is the provider that the 3 large telecom providers use to display whether a number is fraudulent or not on the cellular device.
Navigate to: Free Caller Registry | Form
You will need the below information:

- Telephone numbers to register
- Type of call
- Contact Name
- Company Phone
- Calling Company Name
- Calling company address
- Calling company URL
You will then get a verification email.
***Both of these providers cannot guarantee that the flag will be removed.
