What's New
- Bulk Order Actions - You can now perform bulk actions on the SVs/porting telephone numbers within your Order by selecting the "actions" dropdown within an order. These actions will apply to a whole order even if some numbers are not aligned "failed", the bulk activate will apply to all valid numbers.
Currently, these options include:- Bulk cancel
- Bulk modify
- Bulk activate
Bug Fixes
- Modify message in pending status causes failure. Not allowed to change medium timer option after creation.
- UI: input fields for date/time are disabled for keyboard input to avoid issues with time conversions
- UI: Port-out validation error messages were not displayed correctly
- Fixed: Issue with Alt User Location value not set correctly

What's New
- Orders "Activate Pending" Status - New status added to indicate when an order that previously was "authorized" moves to Activate Pending. Orders move to activate pending once the NPAC timers have expired or the other carrier built concurrence AND the due-date time has passed.
- Explore "Last Modified Date" - We now display the last time a number was modified in the search results within Explore. This can help carriers quickly identify when numbers were ported in/out.
- Telephone Number Input Simplified - Tired of trying to format your numbers correctly in the portal. Then this feature is for you as the system will not automatically convert/clean them to a comma-separated values for you. This includes (row separated, space separated, or numbers with hyphens).
- Improved API Documentation - Included more details around what each API is used for.
- Icons Updated - We updated a handful of icons to better reflect the action taken.
What is New in Version 1.2
What's New
- Order Archiving - Tired of your dashboard cluttered with orders, well wait no longer as you are now able to archive orders once they are completed or you are able to wait for the system to auto-archive which will take affect 7 days of the order completion. Don't worry, just because you can't see them does not mean they are gone. All orders are still searchable within the dashboard.
- Order Due Date Validation - When creating a port-in, the system will now provide you an error as you are creating if you are building for the wrong due date (hopefully no more DD mismatch errors).
- Order Administrative Card - You can now view an order "admin" that includes who crated the order as well as when it was last modified to add visibility into who is managing what order.
- Bulk Disconnects - Feel free to enter a comma-separated list of numbers to perform a bulk disconnect, you will need to break out your numbers by NPAC region.
- Reports Tab - Gain insight to what your organization is doing within the reports tab to review total number lookups, port in/outs across ALL SPIDS within your organization. Further, you can export any transactional data between two data points by using the Export Data Card.
- Number Lookup History Enhancement - Clicking on a number in Explore for History will not include any (NPA-NXX) or block (NPA-NXXX) creations/assignments and include the number "birthday" to when the numbers was created/assigned by the Pooling Authority/NANPA.
- Number Lookup Lata Name - Lata name has been added to the number lookup dashboard.
- Trello Development Link - Link added in portal to our customer facing development roadmap/suggestion tool accessable by selecting "your name" in the top right corner of the page.
Bug Fixes
- Default SPID 0003 Removed - You are now required to select the new SPID when creating a port-out (no more defaulting to SPID 0003).
- Stuck in Sending - Issues that some spids were experience should now be resolved and an orders should not be in the sending status for more than 5 minutes.
- Order in same LATA but Different NPAC Regions - Bug that caused an order to fail when a numbers are in the same LATA but different NPAC regions was resolved.
- Multi TN Order Status - Multi TN orders showed as "active" while one number was still "activate pending" has been update to reflect lowest status for whole order.
- Disconnected Orders - Status was not updating and stayed in "disconnect pending" and were not updated to old after they transitioned.
- API Error Handling Responses
- Fixed pending SVs showing authorized=true while they were in conflict
- Fixed the available actions property on the /api/orders endpoint
