There are currently 12 types of Events that you can subscribe to for notifications:
General (across all your SPIDs)
Order - Assigned new task
When the user who creates the notification is assigned a task, a notification will be generated.
User notes on order
When a note is left on an order in your org, you will receive a notification
[SPID] (On specific SPID level)
New TN Port-Out SV
Whenever an individual number port-out SV is created in NPAC on one of your TNs.
TN SV Request Failed
If an SV fails in NPAC you will receive notification on a per TN basis.
TN SV Updates
Whenever a TN is updated in NPAC, you will be sent a notification on a per TN basis.
VPOP Portout CSR Requested
When a Portout from your SPID is created with a CSR request.
CSR Review Submitted
When a CSR request for a losing carrier is automated and the automation does not process correctly our clients can receive this notification. Please note that Porting.com does monitor these and will manually process CSR review orders.
You will receive a notification when you have submitted a CSR request and it has been updated.
Pre-Order Port-Out Requested
As the client, if you are signed up for VPOP (Vendor Port-Out Portal) you will be notified when the gaining carrier has submitted a Port-Out LSR request for you to process.
PreOrder Port-Out Supplemented
As the client, if the VPOP vendor has supplemented a Port-Out Order and then supplemented that order you will receive a notification that lets you know you need to review and process the supplemented order.
Pre-Order Port-In Response
Whenever a pre-order has had a response to a supplement, you will be notified.
Pre-Order Port-In Status Changed
If you have submitted a pre-order and the status has been changed you will receive a notification.
