Home tab

After logging into the portal, you will be redirected to the home page. On this page you will have many parts that you will need to pay attention to.

• Navigation tabs: These include Home, Toll-Frees, Templates, Activities, Utilities, Support, Billing, Settings and your name. You will use these tabs to navigate between desired screens. Tabs are displayed based on roles. -Not all tabs will appear to everyone.
• Warning Box: This will only appear when we have an urgent message to relay to all portal users. It can be a system outage, a system queue, system maintenance or anything else that we feel may be affecting of users in the portal. Please read upon entering the portal to use.
• Portal Release Updates: This box will list all recent enhancements that have been implemented in the portal.
• Message box: This will only appear when we have a not so urgent message that we feel may be of importance to our clients. We will have a constant link to our Trello Board where you can submit new ideas to improve our portal and watch development
• Trello Board: In the bottom message box there is a link to submit your very own ideas to our suggestion board. Once your idea has been submitted, you will receive an invite to join our Trello board. From there you can upvote other ideas or leave comments.
