Activities tab

On this page you will be able to sort through all current activities by billing period. Use the drop down to navigate to the period requested. Below the drop down you will see the amount of transactions that you have used. All activities can be downloaded by csv and sorted by Type, Date, Description, Toll free list, Transactions, Status and Inserted by. These are defined below

• Type: This is the type of activity performed
• Date: The date the activity was performed
• Description: The description of the activity performed
• Toll-Free List: The list of the toll-frees that this effected.
• Transactions: The amount of transactions that this has used
• Fee: The amount that will be charged on your bill for this activity type
• Status: the step of your request.
  • Pending processor - still waiting to be processed and sent to SOMOS.  
  • Pending Validation - it has been sent and received by SOMOS and is waiting to receive a complete or add status.
  • Pending Assign – This status is for future effective times. AKA Presets.
  • Pending Review - RespOrg team is reviewing the order.
  • Complete – Your request is complete.
• Inserted By: Who has performed the activity.
