How do I view CNAM and historical data for a number?

This document will show you how to look up CNAM (more commonly know as Caller ID and historical data) Please note that both of these transactions may incur fees. Please check your contract for fee information. 

Viewing CNAM

• Login to PortControl, you will be defaulted to the Explore screen.
• Input your number that you would like to view CNAM on.
• Select Search.
• Select the number hyperlink.
• This will pop up a card and your CNAM will be at the top.

Viewing History

• Login to PortControl, you will be defaulted to the Explore screen.
• Input your number that you would like to view History on.
• Select Search.
• Select the number hyperlink.
• This will pop up a card and your History information will be listed below
