PortControl Notifications How to set them up

PortControl Notifications can be set up in the Manage Dashboard and require Admin permissions. This article covers both Email and Webhook Notifications

Email Notifications

• Navigate to Manage and click the arrow to the right to expose the menu options:

Use the Search option to locate the user or the list to locate the user. Options are:

• Click on the name of the user to modify and add notifications.
• Icons on the far right will delete or pause notifications. 

After selecting notifications, click Save to complete.

Webhook:

Simply create a new webhook (JSON) subscription and enter a URL and have Events pushed to your external service (a great use case of this would be to have a bot in Microsoft Teams or Slack update you whenever an Event happens in PortControl (like a port-out is received)).
