Detailed Changes
Display Identity Phase 2: Enterprise View
What’s Changed:
Enterprises now have a Display Identity section under Branded Calling, allowing them to:

Search Display Identities by telephone number or display name.

View details like display name, logo preview, status, number count, and modified date.

Edit key fields: Display Name, Call Reason, Logo, Call From Numbers.

Submit change requests with a confirmation popup and Change Request ID.

Download telephone numbers as an Excel file for better tracking.
Benefit:
Empowers enterprises to manage and update their own Display Identities while maintaining compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
EID Number Display in BCID Applications
What’s Changed:
After submitting a BCID application, the platform will now display the EID in the status list.
Benefit:
Gives OSPs and enterprises immediate access to their EID for tracking and reference.
Duplicate Telephone Number Handling
What’s Changed:
Fixed the issue where users were blocked from navigating back to Step 7 when duplicate numbers were detected in BCID applications.

Users can now edit numbers directly on Step 7.

Forward/backward navigation is blocked until duplicates are resolved.
Benefit:
Prevents application lock-ups and improves the submission experience.
Download Telephone Numbers (OSP & Enterprise)
What’s Changed:
Both OSPs and enterprises can now download telephone numbers from the Display Identity detail view into an Excel file.
Benefit:
Simplifies management of large number sets and supports easier updates.
SFTP: CSV Format Support
What’s Changed:
SFTP exports can now be generated in CSV format (in addition to Excel).
Benefit:
Provides flexible data formats compatible with multiple systems.
Display Identity ID Visibility
What’s Changed:
The Display Identity ID will now appear in the Display Identity tables for both OSPs and enterprises.
Benefit:
Improves traceability and simplifies support and reporting workflows.
Phone Number Validation Enhancements
What’s Changed:
Improved formatting guidance when adding phone numbers to Display Identities.
Benefit:
Reduces input errors and speeds up number updates.
Critical Bug Fix: Missing Deals & Applications in OSP View
What’s Changed:
Fixed an issue where OSPs could not see newly registered deals or submitted BCID applications.

Custom Login Path (In Progress)
