- Enhanced Display Identity UI + Status Clarity
- Better report visibility + accurate outbound TNs
- New “Last Login” column in Registered Deals
Detailed Changes
Bug Fix: Deal Registration Allows Duplicate Names
OSP users can now register deals using the same first and last name for contacts, even across different enterprises.
Note: Ensure the Deal Name is unique per enterprise to avoid confusion.
Display Identity Enhancements
-
Field Editing Restriction: Legal name, Display Identity ID, and EID are now locked and clearly marked as read-only.
-
Field Visibility: Display Identity ID now displays correctly on all OSP and Enterprise tables.
-
Field Styling: Editable fields are clearly highlighted; non-editable ones are darkened for better UX.
-
Status Logic Improved: Display Identity statuses (Pending Review, Active, Deactivated) now reflect real-time activity and change requests.
-
Change Request Tracking: Platform now tracks and logs every change submission for auditing and visibility.
Report Section Fixes & Upgrades
-
Outbound TN Column: Issue resolved where outbound TNs were missing from the UI.
Note: Active conversation with Signing Agents for those OSPs that cannot see their Outband TN on the report section this is because the Signing-Agent has the option to include ORIG and DEST TNs when submitted a “confirm signing” API call to the BCID Platform. These two data fields are optional because the TNs represent CPNI (consumer private network information) data. -
EID Visibility in Status List: Fixed a backend logic gap where EIDs weren’t consistently displaying.
Registered Deals Table Enhancement
-
“Last Login” Column Added: You can now see whether an invited enterprise has accessed the platform.
-
If no login yet, resend credentials using the built-in “Resend Login Email” or “Copy Login Link” options.
Labeling Improvements in Deal Registration
-
Company Name Field Removed: Only “Deal Name” is now required—OSP users should ensure it reflects the enterprise identity clearly.
-
Table View Clarified: Removed confusing RespOrg IDs from Deal Name column in the Registered Deals table.
Overall Impact
-
Improved data accuracy and visibility
-
Better self-service and flexibility for OSPs
-
Stronger enterprise onboarding and engagement
