Summary:
This document will outline the process for a Vendor to setup a new VPOP Account and how to add/modify users.
New Account Signup
Vendors will need to sign up for VPOP by selecting “Sign up for Vender Port-Out Portal”
Go to:https://app.porting.com/#/Signup
Fill out the form with the following information:
- Name
- Email (can not be generic email MUST be company associated email)
- Phone Number
- Company Name
- Associated SPIDs
- Port-Control SPIDs Access (this will be SPIDs that you want to do port out requests with)
- Create Password then verify password
- Place a check mark next to Agree with End User License Agreement
- Select Sign-up
Access Approval
Once you have selected "Sign-Up" you will receive an email notification that your account is under review. Standard response time can take up to one business day. You will also be asked to verify your email address. Once completed our CX team will review the request and give the user the needed permissions to be able to process orders.
Activated users will be sent a confirmation email of their active account. At which time, you will be able to login to the portal and start the porting process.
Existing Account Signup
Accounts that already have a user enabled, and are attempting to create an additional user or modify a user, follow these steps.
1) Contact your company VPOP admin and request for them to create you user access (Admins can follow the steps below to add or modify users)
- From inside the Portal, go to the Menu on the far left and then go down to Manage>Users and Organizations.
- From here you can use the "Create" button to add a new user OR you can use the "Search" to locate a user that you want to modify.

- Password requirements:
- The length of 'Password' must be at least 8 characters.
- At least 1 upper case character
- At least 1 lower case character
- At least 1 special character
- User accounts can be set for an individual or a team but the same email can only be used on 1 profile
