The following document will provide details on how to enable notifications on your pending port.
From the home screen hover your mouse over the left-hand side of the screen to open the menu and select Manage>Notifications
There are two types of Notifications you can create: Webhook or Email Subscription
*This example shows Webhook create
Select +Create>Webhook or Email Subscription
- Webhook will require a URL
- Email Subscription will require an email address
Fill the form out by naming the notification and adding your URL (or email address) then select Pre-Order Status Changed and save changes.
Once your notification is created you will see it listed on the Notification dashboard and it will be in a paused status. You will need to select the arrow icon under the action column to activate your notification.
Pre-Order Status Change - Notifications
The Pre-Order Status Change will provide notifications on the status changes with your port. When an order has been accepted or rejected, this notification will alert you of the actions.
A box will appear to ask you to confirm your action, select Resume.
*We recommend creating one Webhook/Email Subscription per activity that you want to monitor and naming the notification to match what the notice is for.
*At any time you can review your notifications and pause or activate them.
