Bug Fixes:

• Invalid LATA or NPA-NXX Error- When adding an invalid LATA, NPA-NXX or LERG value the system was delivering an http 500 error. The system now will validate and indicate the problem that was found.
• External Old SPID Creates SV (VOCN) & Does Not Store the SV Record: When an external old SPID (that is not in PortControl) initiates the create VS, PortControl will handle the VOCN and store it since it contains the “Authorized” flag. This flag allows us to determine if the SV is an authorized Port-Out. .
• Error Message Update for Validation for Gaining SPIDs Region prior to Port-Out: Port-Out failed due to New SPID availability in the specific region, error was displaying “Failed-Service Provider ID does not exist in the NPAC SMS system”. Clarified error to read "New service provider does not have coverage in the <Insert Region> region".
• Order only Port-In Efficiency- Port-In Only request time was on average 2.2 minutes for over 5K numbers. The response times on large orders have improved and are reported to being less than 44 seconds.
