Bug Fixes:

• VPOP PortOut/Modify SV Fails: When modifying a PortOut that's associated with a VPOP order, the ModfiySv request fails due to ModifySv Pending Event message missing the NPAC Region.
• Error Message after Undo Cancel When in Authorized: Fixed and verified.
• Close Error: When validating an order and receiving an error at the bottom of the page, you can now “X” out of the page.
