Release 3.5.1 - Fixed status on VPOP orders (May 2022)

Enhancements:

• Changed configuration settings to use Azure Redis Cache.
  • This is a fully managed, in-memory cache that enables high-performance and scalable architectures. This will enable PortControl to handle millions of requests per second at a sub-millisecond latency!

Bug Fixes:

• VPOP Bug
  • Issue: CSR Order status not updating from "CSR Pending" status. 
  • Root cause: Architecture
  • Solution: VPOP work-flow testing and verification to ensure the correct flow of statuses:
    • Creation of VPOP CSR Port Out
    • Status move to CSR Approved
