Enabling NumHub as a primary contact at NPAC permits the NumHub Team to manage the connection process and ensure a smooth transition into PortControl.
Follow the instructions below on how to make NumHub a Primary Contact at NPAC for your account.

Navigate to the NPAC Service site and enter authorized user enter Username/Password
- NPAC Number Portability: https://portal.numberportability.com/

- NPAC Support Desk: 844-820-8039
- Porting.com: 800-Porting (767-8464)
- Navigate to “Support” on the top ribbon
- Select “Service Catalog”
- Select “Security and Access” from the left side tool bar
- Select “Add/Modify/Disable Cont . . . “

Within the Add/Modify/Disable Contact Request enter the following information
- Requesting SPID – Select YOUR SPID ID from Dropdown
- Request type – Add Contact

Enter the following user Information into the form:
- First Name: Primary Contact that you are adding
- Last Name: Primary Contact that you are adding
- Primary Phone Number: 800-PORTING (767-8464)
- Email Address: Primary Contact Email Address
- Help Desk User: Yes
- Select Role(s) this user will need: Primary
***For multiple spids you will have to setup ATL as a primary on each spid by repeating the above steps
8. Click "Submit" and email lnp@porting.com of completion of NPAC Connection.
We will take it from here! Porting.com will coordinate the rest of the connection with NPAC to associate your SPID with Porting.com’s profile and you will soon be managing all of your LNP processes on PortControl!
