Release 3.8.2 8/23/2022

Enhancements:

• Search Box in Notifications and SV Query:
  • Search box removed from above table and now is located in the list table.

Bug Fixes:

• CSR Data Fields: 
  • Reported Issue: Some CSR orders were missing data points (Authorized Name & Type of Service) that were added by the user with some carriers. 
  • Root Cause: The API was returning empty values or overriding some fields and there are other cases where the CSR Lookup honors the user input fields. 
  • Solution: Code fix not to have the customer data fields overridden by the CSR Lookup Automation.
