Sprint Duration: November 24 – December 12, 2025
Release Date to Production: Thursday, February 5th, 2026
Quick Peek – What We’re Working On
Sprint 1.12.2 focused on expanding our platform’s ability to collect user feedback, display real-time insights, and enhance billing transparency and vetting review. These changes lay the groundwork for better communication and smoother operations throughout Q1 2026.
Detailed Changes
1. Required Feedback Pop-Up for OSP Users
We’ve introduced a new feedback pop-up that will appear within the platform to all OSP users only for a limited time. This pop-up includes a short 6–7 question survey about your experience with the BrandControl platform and the BCID onboarding process.
Key details:
You’ll be prompted to complete the survey the next time you log in.
If you select "Remind Me Later", the pop-up will reappear on your next login until the survey is completed.
Once submitted, the pop-up will no longer appear.
Why it matters:
This is your chance to help us improve the platform. The survey should take less than 5 minutes and provides valuable insight into what’s working and what we can do better. The infrastructure behind this pop-up will also support future feedback forms throughout the year—so you can expect more opportunities to share your input in a simple, non-intrusive way.
2. Confirmed Claims Widget in Dashboard
We added a new “Confirmed Claims” widget to the BCID dashboard, giving OSPs real-time visibility into branded calling activity without having to open the Settlement Report.
Key features:
Displays metrics from the current calendar month
Donut chart showing share of confirmed branded calls by enterprise
-
Hover tooltips display:
Enterprise name
Number of confirmed branded calls
Only shows enterprises with activity in the current month
Why it matters:
This widget gives OSPs immediate insight into top-performing clients, call delivery trends, and branded activity as soon as they log into the platform.
3. Invoice Improvements: Enterprise-Level Fee Breakdown
We’re improving invoice transparency by linking vetting-related charges directly to the enterprise that triggered the fee.
Example:
If your invoice includes a charge for a vetting or change request, the invoice will now specify which enterprise the charge is associated with.
Why it matters:
This allows you to quickly reconcile charges and trace them back to a specific client, eliminating confusion and ensuring accuracy in billing.
4. Vetting Enhancements – Including 180-Day Attestation
We’ve continued refining the vetting experience across both initial BCID application reviews and 180-day attestation submissions.
Improvements include:
Streamlining reviewer tools
Reducing manual steps
Ensuring validation logic is applied consistently
Why it matters:
These updates support faster vetting turnaround times, minimize back-and-forth, and help ensure enterprise applications move through the process more efficiently.
Why It Matters to You
Your feedback powers our roadmap: The new survey pop-up gives you a direct line to influence platform updates.
Stay informed at a glance: The Confirmed Claims widget gives you enterprise-level insights without running a full report.
More transparent billing: All vetting fees on invoices now include the associated enterprise name.
Vetting process, streamlined: Continuous updates to vetting and attestation ensure a faster, smoother review process.
