Launched full Annual Re-Verification (365-Day) workflow with alerts, status transitions, and OSP notifications
Detailed Changes
Status List – Submit Date Data Integrity Fix
We resolved an inconsistency in how the Submit Date was displayed in the BCID Status List view.
Previously:
The Submit Date in the Status List was being overwritten by the last modified date.
This created confusion around actual submission timelines.
Now:
The Submit Date in the Status List correctly reflects the original submission date.
Modification timestamps no longer override submission history.
Application age and priority tracking are accurate and consistent.
This update improves transparency and trust in application timelines.
API – Display Identity Webhook (New Active Display Identity)
We introduced a new webhook event that triggers when a Display Identity becomes Active for the first time after full vetting approval.
Trigger:
BCID application already approved
Display Identity transitions to Active for the first time
Webhook includes:
ParentID
DealID (if applicable)
Company Name
EID
DIR ID
Status
Logo URL
Caller Name
Call Reason
List of Telephone Numbers Associated
Modified Date
This ensures OSP systems automatically stay in sync with newly activated Display Identities and can immediately reflect the latest configuration.
UI Enhancements – BCID Status List Improvements
We significantly enhanced the OSP Status List view to provide more control and flexibility.
A. Delete Saved BCID Applications
Added a Delete option in the 3-dot menu.
Only available for applications in Saved status.
Requires confirmation before deletion.
Not available for In Progress, Pending Review, Resubmitted, Rejected, or Complete statuses.
B. Dynamic Search Bar
Added a real-time search bar above the table.
-
Search by:
Company Name
Applicant Name
Supports partial string matching.
Includes reset option to restore full list.
C. Column Customization
Added a settings (gear) icon to control visible columns.
-
Optional columns:
Applicant Name
EID
Logo
Telephone Number Count
-
Required columns (always visible):
Submit Date
Company Name
Status
Comments
Actions
Preferences are saved per user across sessions.
D. Status Column Filter
Added dropdown filter for Status column.
Matches the filtering behavior of the Vetting Queue.
Allows OSPs to filter applications by available statuses under their account.
Fully functional across pagination.
These updates streamline BCID application management and reduce clutter in daily workflows.
Vetting Email Improvements – Single Consolidated Notification
We redesigned how flagged-step emails are triggered during the vetting process to prevent duplicate and confusing notifications.
Previous Behavior:
Our vetting platform auto-flagging could trigger automatic emails.
Vetting team navigation between steps could re-trigger emails multiple times.
New Behavior:
Our vetting platform auto-flagging no longer triggers emails.
Vetting team reviews flagged steps first.
-
A required checkbox appears for each auto-flagged or failed step:
“Send OSP notification for this step”
No emails are sent during step navigation.
A single consolidated email is triggered only after Vetting team clicks “Submit Vetting.”
-
The email includes:
Flagged steps
CX comments
Required next actions
Application remains In Progress when steps are flagged.
Benefit to OSPs:
You will no longer receive multiple repetitive notifications. You will receive one clear, consolidated email per review cycle.
Annual Re-Verification (365 Days) – Full Workflow Implementation
We implemented the complete Annual Re-Verification process to support yearly compliance requirements.
Trigger:
When an approved BCID application reaches 355+ days (10-day advance notice).
System Behavior:
-
Alert visible to:
OSP
Enterprise
Global Admin
Application enters Annual Re-Verification state.
No new EID is generated.
No new DIR IDs are generated unless new Display Identities are added.
Existing Display Identities remain active during review unless explicitly rejected.
Users must:
Open the application
Review all 7 steps (fully editable)
Re-submit for review
Status Flow:
Complete → Pending Review → In Progress → Complete / Rejected
Audit Tracking:
Re-verification required date logged
Submission date logged
Outcome recorded
Fully auditable history maintained
OSP Email Notification
