Detailed Changes
Display Identity Management (Phase 1 – OSP View)
What’s Changed:
-
OSP users now have a Display Identity tab in the left menu.
-
They can search by Display Identity ID (coming May 19), company name, display name, or telephone number.
-
The table shows display name, company name, status, modified date, and actions.
-
Viewing a Display Identity shows details like enterprise name, EID, activated/modified/deactivated dates.
-
Editable fields: display name, call reason, logo, and call-from numbers.
-
Change requests trigger a confirmation popup showing the change request ID.
-
Deactivating a Display Identity (via the trash can) requires confirmation and vetting.
-
Active identities continue functioning during change review.
Benefit to OSPs:
Empowers OSPs to manage display identities efficiently for themselves and their enterprise customers without full re-vetting. Speeds up change approvals and increases transparency.
Report Section Enhancements
What’s Changed:
-
Added tooltip legends for Requested and Confirmed Claims columns (N = Name, L = Logo, C = Call Reason).
-
Introduced enterprise filtering to view all reports, only OSP reports, or reports for a specific enterprise.
-
Added CSV export option alongside Excel. Users can now select one or both formats; reports are sent via email within minutes.
Benefit to OSPs and Enterprises:
Clearer reporting, improved filtering, and more flexible export options to match internal workflows.
