Detailed Changes
Deal Registration Fixes
-
OSPs can now submit deals with repeated first/last names across different enterprises.
-
Reminder: Each Deal Name must be unique within the same enterprise.
Display Identity Improvements
-
Field Styling: Editable fields now stand out, while non-editable fields (like Display Identity ID, Legal Name, and EID) are grayed out.
-
Change Request Tracking: Every submitted change is now logged and reflects the most recent request.
-
Email Notifications for Change Requests: OSPs and Enterprises now receive confirmation emails when a Display Identity change is submitted. These emails include the Display Identity ID and EID associated with the request.
-
Status Logic Updated: Display Identity statuses now more accurately reflect live activity.
EID Auto-Generation
-
The EID (Enterprise Unique Identifier) is now automatically generated only after a BCID application is submitted.
-
BCID applications that are saved but not submitted will not trigger EID creation until submission.
Report Section Fixes
-
Outbound TN Column: Bug fixed to ensure outbound telephone numbers now appear where possible.
-
If you're an OSP and still do not see outbound TNs in your reports:
-
We've confirmed with TransNexus that in some cases, these values are intentionally omitted due to CPNI (Consumer Proprietary Network Information) restrictions.
-
TransNexus has requested that OSPs contact them directly if they wish to provide feedback or request visibility into these values.
-
The inclusion of outbound and destination TNs depends on the Signing Agent's implementation of the “confirm signing” API call.
-
Registered Deals Table Update
-
A Last Login column has been added, showing whether an invited enterprise has accessed the platform.
-
If no login yet, OSPs can use the “Resend Login Email” or “Copy Login Link” features to follow up.
Labeling Improvements
-
Company Name Removed: Only “Deal Name” is now required. OSPs should make sure Deal Names clearly represent the enterprise identity.
-
Table Cleanup: Removed unnecessary RespOrg IDs from the Deal Name column in the Registered Deals table for better readability.
In-House Vetting Rollout (Internal Feature)
-
NumHub has officially started transitioning the vetting process in-house, reducing reliance on external vendors.
-
This sprint included behind-the-scenes implementation of internal vetting screens to support faster, more flexible BCID approvals.
-
Although this work is not visible to users, it represents a major step forward for platform control, speed, and transparency.
-
As part of this change, NumHub introduced updated pricing to reflect the new streamlined vetting process.
Why This Matters to You

-
Streamlined onboarding and follow-up via last login tracking
