Detailed Changes
SFTP Enhancements: Confirmation Log Reporting
- Improved reliability for SFTP-based daily confirmation log reports
- If no traffic is detected, platform still sends an empty report file
- Report always reflects previous day's activity only
- Ensures OSPs can verify that SFTP integration is functioning, even when no calls occur
Display Identity View: Bug Fixes + Metadata
- Activation Date now always reflects date of BCID ecosystem approval (via BCID API)
- Last Modified Date reflects date of most recent change request (tracked by NumHub)
- Bug fix: Ensures these dates are accurate and clearly visible in the Display Identity table
Deal Registration: Required Address Fields
- New required fields: Address, City, State, ZIP code
- Enforced during new deal registration
- Ensures more complete enterprise records upfront
180-Day Attestation Workflow (OSP Only)
- OSPs must confirm the accuracy of each BCID application every 180 days
- Starting at day 170, a dashboard alert will appear:
"Action Required: 180-Day Attestation for [Company Name]" - Alert links to a new Attestation Table View listing relevant BCID apps
- OSP can:
- Confirm that no changes are needed
- Indicate that updates are required
- If updates are required:
- Platform opens the 7-step BCID application flow for edits
- OSP must re-submit changes
- A pop-up confirms that changes were received and may require supporting docs
- Email notifications are triggered upon attestation submission
- Note: No fee is charged for attestation unless changes require vetting (e.g. new display name, legal entity name, address, or agent of record)
One-Time Verification Code (BCID Application Step 1)
- After completing Step 1 (Applicant Info), user must enter a one-time code
- Code is emailed to the applicant (non-branded email from the platform)
- Verification is required before proceeding to Step 2
- Code expires in 24 hours; option to re-send if needed
- If Step 1 email is changed later, a new verification process is triggered
Fee Acknowledgment Checkbox (New Requirement)

Step 7 (Registrant Obligations) of BCID app: Checkbox confirms fee consent
- "By submitting this application, I acknowledge that a fee will be applied to my account."

Display Identity Change Request:
- "By submitting this request, I acknowledge that a change request fee may apply."

- "By submitting this new display identity, I acknowledge that a fee will be applied to my account."
- Checkboxes are required; user cannot proceed without selecting

Display Identity View: Excel Upload for Telephone Numbers
- Excel upload enabled for display identities with 100+ numbers
- Instructions updated:
- Include a single column titled Phone Numbers
- Use valid formats (e.g., +15551234567 or 15551234567)
- File should contain only numbers to keep/add
- Excluded numbers will be removed from the display identity
- Download button remains available to view current numbers
Wireless Lookup Enhancements
- Completed UI work for Wireless Lookup screen
- Users can:
- Paste or type up to 10,000 telephone numbers
- Upload via CSV or TXT file
- Improves carrier lookup for large data sets
