PortControl Order Flow and Statuses

Description:

 

The following document outlines the PortControl order flow and the definitions of each order status.

 

Order Flow:

 

CSR Pending (new CSR Request)

              CSR Requested

                            This CSR was requested from the losing carrier and waiting on a response.

              CSR Invalid

                            This CSR was rejected by the losing carrier and can be modified for resubmission.

              CSR Modified

                            This CSR had updates to the requested information and is ready to be resubmitted.

              CSR Review

                            This CSR couldn’t be submitted through automation and needs to be submitted                                          manually.

              CSR Escalated

                            Only available if the order is being handled by Porting.com, additional fees apply.

              CSR Approved (shown on the losing carrier side)

                            This CSR was approved by the losing carrier.

              CSR Received (shown on the requesting carrier side)

                            This CSR was approved by the losing carrier.

                           *If this was submitted as a Port-In with a CSR request, click on actions to submit the LSR

LSR Pending (new LSR Request)

              LSR Submitted

                            This LSR was requested from the losing carrier and waiting on a response.

              LSR Rejected

                            This LSR was rejected by the losing carrier and can be modified for resubmission.

              LSR Supplemented

                            This LSR had updates to the requested information and is ready to be resubmitted.

              Received FOC

                            This LSR has received FOC and will update to Pending.

              Pending

                            This LSR is approved and is waiting on timers to expire or the losing carrier to build                                    concurrence with NPAC.

              Conflict

                            This order has been put into conflict by the losing carrier.

              Authorized

                            This LSR is approved, the timers have expired, or the concurrence was built.

              Activate Pending

                            This LSR is ready to activate today or the DDD has passed.

              Cancel Pending

                            This LSR was requested to be canceled and is waiting on cancel confirmation from                                       either carrier.

              Canceled

                            This LSR was canceled.                

Additional Order Statuses:

Failed

              This order failed due to an NPAC issue; LRN not associated, SV not built, SSN details do not                        match, etc.

Partial Failure

              One or more of the numbers on the order failed due to an NPAC issue; LRN not associated, SV                    not built, SSN details do not match, etc.

Active

              This order is active.

Disconnect Pending

              This order is a request to disconnect numbers, to send to the original block holder, and is                           waiting on confirmation.

OLD

              This order is old and archived.
