PortControl Updating CNAM

Steps to Update CNAM

1. Log into PortControl at app.porting.com 
2. Open Explore 
3. Input the TN-If the number is under your Spid you will have access to all data for that TN
4. Click on the Telephone Number to access the History Report, this is also the location to update CNAM.
