CNAM Fraud Score

Description

The following document will provide details around our CNAM fraud score and how to display this information.

Procedure

• Navigate to the Explore tab within PortControl
• Enter your number or range of numbers within the search bar
• Select the number in question
• Number details card will appear with fraud score/number history and CNAM

Fraud Score Breakdown: 

• 1-50 (Low likely hood of fraud - in the clear)
• 50-75 (Medium likely hood of fraud - might need some attention)
• 75+ (High likely hood of fraud - Houston, we have a problem)
