DNO (Do Not Originate) is a tool that is effective for combatting fraudulent activity and spoofed phone phone calls by preventing the traffic from existing on your network.
DNO is a flag that can be selected on numbers that do not originate calls, examples of that are certain call center numbers that do not make outbound calls. DNO delivery starts with the terminating carrier making a dip into the Identity Database to retrieve the associated DNO information. This information will display based on the receiving parties carriers method, terminating will display a DNO message.
The ability to flag TNs is for Admins only, follow the below instructions to flag TNs as DNO.

To flag numbers as DNO, simply access Network>Inventory DNO is available to the far right of the dashboard:
Scroll to the far right to view the DNO flag:
To disable: Simply toggle to the left and DNO will be disabled for that TN.
