Description: This document will show you how to archive an order in PortControl. Archiving is the action of hiding the order on your dashboard for a cleaner, fresher look.
Archiving Orders
To archive an order you must make sure it is in one of the following statuses:
- Active
- Cancelled
- Failed
- Old
If you don't want to wait 7 days, but would like to archive an eligible order do the following:
- Navigate to your orders dashboard
- Find the order you would like to Archive in your list.
- Select the Archive Icon on the right hand side in the Actions Column
You can also select the order hyperlink and archive with the actions button with-in the order.
Finding Archived Orders
While your orders may not appear in your dashboard anymore, you are able to find them by searching in the orders section
