Description: This will show you how to modify an order with-in PortControl.
To Modify a Pending, ActivatePending, or Failed order follow the steps below:
- Find your order in your dashboard that you are wishing to modify.
- Select the note pad icon
- Update the information you are needing to update. This could be any of the following
- LRN
- Due Date
- Any Network Data
- Scroll down and select Save Changes
- Your order is now modified.
Note: This will modify the entire order.
There are other ways to modify with-in the order as well. You can select the Actions button or the notepad with in the order to modify. If you want to modify a single number in an order, use the notepad with-in the order.
