Description: How to create/setup notifications & notification types
From the home screen hover your mouse over the left-hand side of the screen to open the menu and select Manage>Notifications
There are two types of Notifications you can create: Webhook or Email Subscription
*This example shows Webhook create
Select +Create>Webhook or Email Subscription
- Webhook will require a URL
- Email Subscription will require an email address
Fill the form out by naming the notification and adding your URL (or email address) then select Pre-Order Port-Out received and save changes.
Once the notification is created you will see it listed on the Notification dashboard and it will be in a paused status. You will need to select the arrow icon under the action column to activate your notification.
Pre-Order Port-Out Received - Notifications
The PreOrder Portout Received notification will alert you when a vendor has submitted a port-out request within the platform. You are able to approve or reject the order based off of the account information provided within the order.
A box will appear to ask you to confirm your action, select Resume.
*We recommend creating one Webhook/Email Subscription per activity that you want to monitor and naming the notification to match what the notice is.
*At any time you can review your notifications and pause or activate them.
